We value customer privacy, working on a non-disclosure basis, and do not pass on client information to third parties (except for the needs of product delivery). In order to process an order we have to collect your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number(s). You do not need to create an account in order to purchase from Arty Alphabet, however you can create an account if you wish to speed up the process of future orders.
Please note that we do not store credit card details, nor do we share customer details with any third parties.
If you have previously provided personal information to Arty Alphabet and no longer consent to its use or disclosure as outlined herein, please notify us.
We do retain the right to use photos of your items as examples on our website. Certain designs are never shared if a person could be identified by the information included. If you would not like you artwork displayed please contact us and we will remove it or make a note on your file to not use on social media, our website or Etsy if it is a new order that you don't wish to be shared.
Collection and Use of Non-Personal Information
The Arty Alphabet website automatically receives and records non-personal information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page you requested. We may use this information to customise the content you see and to fulfil your requests for certain products and services. However we do not connect this non-personal data to any personal information collected from you.
Events Outside our Control
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event).
A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non happening omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes in particular (without limitation) the following:
- Strikes, lock-outs, or other industrial action
- Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war.
- Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster
- Impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport.
- Impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks
- The acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.
- Our performance under any Contract is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use our reasonable endeavours to being the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations under the Contract may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.
Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be considered 100% secure. However, your information is protected for your privacy and security. Certain areas of our website, as identified on the site, use industry-standard SSL-encryption to protect data transmissions.
We also safeguard your personal information from unauthorised access, through access control procedures, network firewalls and physical security measures.
Further, Arty Alphabet retains your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes identified above or as required by law.
Arty Alphabet may at any time, without notice to you and at its sole discretion, amend this policy from time to time. Please review this policy periodically. Your continued use of our website after any such amendments signifies your acceptance thereof.
Law and Jurisdiction
Contacts for the purchase of products through our site will be governed by English law. Any dispute arising from, or related to, such Contracts shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

These terms & conditions and any document referred to in them represent the entire agreement between us in relation to the subject matter of any Contract and supersede any prior agreement, understanding or arrangement between us, whether oral or in writing.

While we accept responsibility for statements and representations made by our duly authorised agents, please make sure you ask for any variations from these terms and conditions to be confirmed in writing.
